Easter Eggs

Ingredients:

2-3 hard boiled eggs
2 cups water
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp beetroot powder 

mayonnaise to taste

chocolate balls
tiny carrot sticks

green salad 

Instructions:

1. Peel the hard boiled eggs. In a bowl, mix water, beetroot powder and vinegar until dissolved. Immerse the eggs in the mixture until the eggs turn pink (in about 5 minutes).

2. Cut a zigzag pattern around each egg, remove the yolk from each egg.

3. With a fork, mash the yolks until smooth, mix in mayonnaise to taste. Then, scoop the yolk mixture into the bottom halves of the eggs, and place the other egg halves on top.

4. Add chocolate balls as the eyes and carrot sticks as the beaks.

5. Ready to serve on a bed of green salad.
